CONVERSATIONS WITH MYSELF #3: What are your good habits? What are your bad habits?
Before answering I had to honestly look up the definition of "habit". "A settled or regular tendency or practice especially one that is hard to give up" I don't have many good habits. Don't get me wrong that isn't because I don't have the desire to but rather because I've lacked the discipline to follow though with developing such. But the first step is realization right? So with that being said here are a few things Im either in the process of making into a habit or want to eventually become a habit. 1) Morning work out routine- exercise has been taught to help and filter the body and soul. A few years ago I was big on going to gym or doing yoga but eventually I fell off. Now is the time to get back into it.
